NEW! Alumni Liaison (remote year-long volunteer opportunity)
The Alumni Liaison will help shape the future of SODA by reconnecting our alumni community to the mission that started it all. In this one-year volunteer role, you’ll spend about 3–4 hours a month collaborating with SODA’s Executive Director, joining quarterly Board meetings, and building an alumni network focused on mentorship, professional connections, and long-term impact. If you’re a former chapter leader who has graduated college and wants to give back, stay connected, and help create a lifelong SODA community, this role is for you. Learn more and apply below.
Student Liaisons (remote year-long volunteer opportunity)
If you’re a SODA chapter leader who wants a seat at the table and to make an impact beyond your campus, this role is for you. Student Liaisons are the student voice on the SODA National Board of Directors, sharing real-time insights that help shape our national programs, priorities, and future. HBCU Marketing and Event Planning Interns (paid, remote 2-month "mini" internship)
We are seeking Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students to be Marketing and Event Planning Interns. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to develop and execute a donation advocacy event on their campus, share feedback about the event planning process with SODA’s National Team, and review the materials the organization provides to all student advocates.
