Sierra Pape

Sierra has been involved with organ donation advocacy from Atlanta, Georgia for several years, after her uncle received a heart transplant and her minister’s kidney failure.

This year, Sierra drafted a bill for her State Senator to include organ donation in high school health curricula.

The State Board of Education unanimously adopted the proposal for the ‘24-‘25 school year, and the Georgia Senate will pass a supporting resolution on February 14: National Donor Day!

She is excited to continue this mission with SODA and contribute to their amazing efforts by starting a chapter at Midtown High School and working as the Student Engagement Intern.
