Richelle Shi

Richelle, a senior at Stevenson High School in Illinois, is a dedicated advocate for organ and tissue donation. She works as a student representative to lead youth efforts in raising awareness for transplant shortages to create life-saving change.

Aside from her role as the SODA at Stevenson High School President, she pursues biomedical research at Northwestern University and volunteers in the oncology department of her local hospital. Richelle strives to educate high schoolers on the importance of advocacy and hopes to bring new perspectives to SODA’s leadership team.
