Adalyn Light

Adalyn was introduced to SODA as a high school sophomore and founded a chapter at the Downingtown STEM Academy with two of her peers.

She began her involvement as a chapter leader and the primary social media manager of her chapter. Through social media she learned that she could reach thousands of people nationally to advocate and educate.

Now, as a high school senior, she has joined the SODA team as the Reel and TikTok Intern to use her social media knowledge to expand their reach and educate as many people as possible about organ donation.

She is working with her school chapter leaders and members of Gift of Life to expand organ donation into state legislature and is passionate about her work as a student advocate.

Outside of SODA, she studies veterinary medicine, competes in varsity tennis, and is enjoying her last year as a high school student.
