We want chapters to have the foundation they need to thrive year after year, while also giving student leaders the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to save and heal as many lives as possible. This fall, we're putting that second goal into action in several exciting ways.

As Nicole marks five years serving SODA full-time and eleven years overall with the organization, she has reflected on the journey.

This year, our goal is to ensure that every chapter—whether brand new or well-established—has the tools, training, and support they need to thrive long-term.
